Gregg Winter

Gregg Winter is the Founder and Principal of W Financial, and the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Winter & Company Commercial Real Estate Finance, a New York commercial mortgage brokerage firm founded in 1989.

W Financial was launched in 2003 to address the need and the opportunity in the marketplace to provide special situation, direct private real estate bridge loans. The Fund originates and services a  diversified portfolio of cash-flowing private mortgage and mezzanine loan investments and provides quarterly distributions to dozens of accredited high net worth investors. Affiliates Winter & Company and W Financial are complementary in their ability to provide a complete solution for their clients’ capital needs resulting in robust deal flow.

He is a magna cum laude graduate of Long Island University, serves on the Finance Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York, is a member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Lenders Association, and is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker.
