David M. Heiden
David M. Heiden is the Co-Manager of W Financial. He has more than 18 years of experience in appraising, analyzing and underwriting real property including office, retail mixed-use, industrial, owner occupied, net leased construction, hotel, adult facilities and land. He has an extensive track record of originating a wide variety of quality real estate loans across the United States for almost two decades.
Prior to Joining W Financial David was a Senior Vice President of BRT Realty Trust, a Senior Loan Officer with GMAC Commercial Mortgage a Vice President at Bankers Federal Savings and an Assistant Vice President at Sterling National Bank.
Mr. Heiden holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate from New York University, which he obtained in 1997 and is a graduate of Baruch College where he received a BA degree in Finance in 1989. David is a New York State Certified General Appraiser and a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker.
