Our desired loan size range is between $2,000,000 and $50,000,000. Larger loan applications are also welcome. While the majority of the commercial bridge and mezzanine loans we originate and service are in the New York Metropolitan area, if the criteria fit we are interested in loan opportunities in major markets nationwide.
We provide bridge and mezzanine financing for the following property types:
