Our desired loan size range is between $1,000,000 and $20,000,000.  Larger loan applications are also welcome. While the majority of the commercial bridge loans we originate and service are in the New York Metropolitan area, if the criteria fit we are interested in loan opportunities in major markets nationwide.

We provide first mortgage bridge loan financing for the following property types:

• Purchase of performing or defaulted notes
• Multi-family / Apartment buildings
• Mixed-use properties
• Office buildings
• Retail / Shopping Centers
• Warehouse / Industrial
• Self-storage
• Net-leased
• Owner-occupied
• Commercial co-ops and condominiums
• Borrower must have a viable business plan and exit strategy, which W Financial will help to execute and achieve.
