Marc L. Bailin, Esq.

Marc L. Bailin is the Co-Manager of W Financial Mortgage Fund I, L.L.C. and a senior partner in the New York City law firm Rubin & Bailin, LLP. He has been practicing law since 1978 in New York and California. Mr. Bailin has been an owner and investor in commercial and residential investment properties in the New York metropolitan area for more than 25 years and has experience in real estate investment, financing and management. Mr. Bailin has invested in numerous private mortgages of the type that the partnership is making.  Mr. Bailin has represented numerous start-up ventures and often counsels and advises in raising capital, strategic planning, domestic and international banking transactions and intellectual property licensing matters. Mr. Bailin received a B.A. from Yale University, an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and his law degree from Boston University School of Law.
