$10,425,000 Bridge Loan, Upper East Side NYC
W Financial has provided a $10,425,000 bridge loan to facilitate completion of an assemblage of properties on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The experienced borrower was acquiring one property and refinancing three others. The combined floor area ratio (FAR) of the properties will comprise an approximately 78,000 square foot mixed-use development site. In fact, depending upon the development approach the site could yield up to 93,470 square feet. This was a repeat transaction with one of our satisfied borrowers.
