$660,000 Second Mortgage Bridge Loan for Mixed-Use Properties on historic Fulton Street - Brooklyn, NY


First mortgage pre-development bridge loan. Hampton Bays, LIW Financial, provided a $660,000 second mortgage loan on 3 contiguous properties just south of the Brooklyn Bridge on historic Fulton Street in order to rezone the upper floors for conversion from commercial to residential units. Once rezoned, the developer plans to refinance the bridge loan with a conventional construction loan to complete the conversion of the property to residential condominiums
